· Business customers: Delivery to your specified address (only where 4-ton trucks can access; otherwise, pickup at nearest depot)
· Individual customers: Pickup at nearest Seino depot only
· Find your nearest Seino Transportation depot
· Estimated dispatch: Within 3 business days of order confirmation / Delivered within 4 days of dispatch (varies by region)
· For preferred delivery date/time, please note it in the order comments or contact us by email (Mon–Sat only; Sunday delivery not available)
· For delivery to Okinawa Prefecture, please contact us in advance

Estimated Delivery Time
If you would like to specify a delivery date or time, please let us know at the time of your order. Unless an item is out of stock, orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch (approximately 14 days for remote islands). Please note that delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions.

If You Are Unable to Receive Your Package
The carrier will hold your package for 7 days from the date of the first delivery attempt. If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to us. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
Combining Multiple Orders
We are unable to combine separate orders for joint shipping. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns
As our products are handcrafted, minor surface marks or slight dimensional variations are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects. Please keep this in mind before placing your order.
Returns cannot be accepted in the following cases:
· Items that have been opened or used
· Items reported more than 14 days after delivery
· Items damaged or soiled after delivery
· Returns due to size differences or items not matching expectations
· Items missing original packaging, accessories, or manuals
· Custom or personalized items made to the customer's specifications

Exchanges
If you received an incorrect item or a product with a clear defect, please contact us via our contact form or by phone. Once we confirm the issue, we will send a replacement.
