Returns & Exchanges

Returns and cancellations are accepted only in cases of clear product defects. As our products are handcrafted, minor surface marks or slight dimensional variations are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects. Please keep this in mind before placing your order.

Returns and exchanges cannot be accepted in the following cases:

· Items that have been opened or used
· Items reported more than 14 days after delivery
· Items damaged or soiled after delivery
· Returns due to size differences or items not matching expectations
· Items missing original packaging, accessories, or manuals
· Custom or personalized items made to the customer's specifications
· Items for which the product page explicitly states that returns are not accepted (please contact us for details)

Return deadline: For returns or exchanges due to a clear defect or incorrect item received, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via our contact form or by phone.
