Each tray is individually dyed using "Hakko-date," a traditional natural indigo dyeing method from Tokushima that uses no chemicals. The deep, rich indigo blue enhances the natural luster and grain of the White Sycamore veneer, creating a ripple-like pattern reminiscent of water in motion.
