This year’s Factory Pop-Up Store will feature a special guest:
Chiba Sekkeisha Inc. (C8SK), a long-time design partner who has contributed to the product design of MORI KOUGEI.
We will also showcase stools and trays from their original brand “ 「ARIANT」 .”
The gentle interplay between MORI KOUGEI’s woodworking techniques and Chiba Sekkeisha’s design perspective brings a subtle yet fresh depth to the usual factory atmosphere.
In addition, Monkey Coffee will join us on December 30 (Tue), creating a relaxed, year-end ambiance for all visitors.

Notes for visitors arriving by car:
Parking for 6–7 cars is available in front of the warehouse.
Coin parking is also located nearby.
Please refrain from parking on the street.

1 | Full Product Lineup & One-of-a-Kind Pieces
We will open the factory and warehouse, bringing out the full range of products—
Rays Tray, PLATE, WOOD PLATE, TSUKI-ITA SHEET—
along with many one-of-a-kind items and prototypes not available online.
Enjoy unique discoveries available only during these two days.
2 | Special Pricing on “B-Grade Beauties” That Did Not Meet Inspection Standards
MORI KOUGEI upholds strict inspection standards to protect the integrity of our brand.
Even minor color irregularities or small scratches may lead us to refrain from shipping a product.
Among these items are many “nearly perfect pieces” that are completely sound for everyday use and visually close to full-grade products.
During this year-end Factory Pop-Up only,
these pieces will be available at special prices after you inspect them in person.
We highly recommend them to those who value quality.
3｜株式会社 千葉設計社（C8SK）との展示 – ARIANT プロダクト紹介
Chiba Sekkeisha Inc. (C8SK), a design partner involved in MORI KOUGEI’s product development, will exhibit stools, trays, and other items from their brand ARIANT.
The synergy between MORI KOUGEI’s woodworking craftsmanship and Chiba Sekkeisha’s structural and sculptural design approach has been cultivated through years of collaboration.
This exhibition brings that relationship naturally into the shared space, offering a broader perspective on the possibilities of wood as a material.

4 | One-of-a-Kind Wooden Vessels Crafted by Hiroyuki Mori
I will also be exhibiting many of my personally crafted wooden vessels.
These pieces showcase the unique character and grain of each individual piece of wood, offering expressions that mass-produced products cannot achieve.
Rare species and distinctive grain patterns are part of what makes this corner especially popular each year.
5 | December 30 (Tue) Only – Free Coffee by Monkey Coffee (First 50 Visitors)

free coffee will be offered to the first 50 visitors on December 30 (Tue).
Enjoy warm coffee while taking in the relaxed atmosphere of the factory.
6 | Free Firewood (Tsukijiri) Giveaway
We will again be giving away “Tsukijiri,” the offcuts produced during veneer processing.
These pieces are suitable for firewood and are always very popular.
