900mm×1800mm wood veneer sheet

Products available on request (Shipped within 5 business days after your order)

・Sheets will be rolled along the long side (1800 mm) and packed for delivery.
・Flat grain wood veneers are produced by pasting paper-thin wood sheets in the width of 150 mm~300 mm, and likewise, straight grain wood veneers are produced using those in the width of 60 mm~200 mm. Sheet width varies according to tree trunk width.
・Based on our stock status, we produce our products with wood sheets available in width, grains and color tones.
Veneer width, grain, and color vary with the natural wood and available stock. We accept requests regarding color and veneer width, but often cannot meet them and cannot guarantee a matching finished appearance.
・As we use natural wood, there are no products which have exactly the same patterns or color tones as on the images. Especially flat grain and rotary wood sheets have wide variety of patterns, so please understand the feature and purchase our products.
・The wood veneers are cut to slightly bigger size than 900 mm × 1800 mm, approximately 10 mm larger overall, because wood expands and contracts.
・If you have any questions or requests, feel free to contact us.
・In case the products are out of stock, we might ask for cancellation of your order.

[Wood type]
Wood type:Sapelli
Family:Meliaceae
Place of origin:Africa
Specific gravity:0.65
Color:Brown

[EXAMPLE OF USE]
◉FOR EDGES OF WOODEN FURNITURE, ETC.
When making furniture using decorative plywood, if the thick part of the plywood or MDF is visible, this part may be covered with wood veneer sheet afterward.
By attaching Japanese paper to the back side of a veneer sheet, it becomes easier to use.
◉AS REPAIR MATERIALS
This veneer sheet can be used for repairing and applying to flat wooden surfaces such as furniture and interior decorations.
Please flatten the surfaces of the base with sandpaper so that there are no uneven parts before use.
◉WOODEN INLAY/MARQUETRY
When it is used for wood inlaying/marquetry, the use of wood veneer sheet, which is affixed with Japanese paper, allows for delicate processing. This is because it is relatively easy to arrange, even for smaller and delicate cuts.
◉SPEAKERS
It can be used on laminated boards for speaker boxes, such as plywood, MDF, etc.

[ABOUT IRONING ]
It can be applied with a household iron.
We recommend the use of a special glue that can be applied to the base material (the object to which the veneer is affixed) and used after it dries.
This allows you to apply the wood veneer sheet after the glue has dried, so unlike ordinary glues, you can apply it without being restricted by time.

[Frequently Asked Questions]

Q: Can I apply it to curved surfaces?
A: It can be applied to surfaces curved in one direction, such as the side of a cylinder. Ironing may be more difficult. Complex curved surfaces, such as spheres, can cause wrinkling.

Q: Can I order custom sizes?
A: We welcome enquiries about custom sizes up to 1200mm × 2400mm or 900mm × 3000mm, subject to feasibility.
Note that materials may shrink slightly due to heat during processing. We typically produce pieces about 10mm larger than the actual dimensions to allow for adjustment.

[Notes on purchase]
◉Please note that the light color of the wood veneer often allows the pattern of the underlying surface to show through.
◉Please understand that the wood grain pattern and color may vary slightly from what is shown in the picture.
◉We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to color, pattern or image differences.
