Our standard veneer sheets are backed with washi paper and have no adhesive backing. Use a separate adhesive suited to your surface and application. Adhesive for iron-on application is also available, sold separately.

Have a particular
size in mind?
We can prepare veneer to your requested dimensions where possible. For custom-size requests up to and including 900×1800mm, the price is the same as the 900×1800mm product of the same wood species and specification. Smaller dimensions do not qualify for a price reduction. This pricing applies to custom-size requests only, not to standard A4 products or individual stock items.
Please tell us your preferred wood species, dimensions, quantity and intended use. We will check stock before confirming feasibility and lead time. We may not be able to meet every request for colour, width or other details. This service is separate from the existing stock in our “Individual sizes” collection. Please contact us separately about larger dimensions or special processing.

Questions about choosing veneer.
How is veneer different from printed wood-grain sheets?
Veneer is thinly sliced natural wood, not a printed wood-grain pattern. Colour, grain and texture vary from sheet to sheet, giving each piece the character of real wood.
Can I cut it with scissors or a craft knife?
Washi-backed veneer sheets can be cut with scissors or a craft knife. Handle sharp tools carefully and use a cutting mat or similar protection. For detailed shapes or a particular finish, we recommend testing on an offcut first.
Can I order “Individual sizes” to my own dimensions?
The “Individual sizes” collection consists of existing stock, with fixed dimensions for each item. For custom dimensions, use “Ask about a custom size” on this page and tell us the wood species, dimensions and quantity you need.
What if I am unsure how to apply it or whether my surface is suitable?
Contact us with the surface material and dimensions, where it will be used, and what you would like to make. Standard sheets and self-adhesive stickers require different application methods. Check the product specifications and use a method suited to your adhesive and surface.
