· Estimated dispatch: Within 3 business days of order confirmation / Delivered within 4 days of dispatch (varies by region)

Estimated Delivery Time
If you would like to specify a delivery date or time, please let us know at the time of your order. Unless an item is out of stock, orders are dispatched within 2–5 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch (approximately 14 days for remote islands). Please note that delays may occur due to traffic or weather conditions.

If You Are Unable to Receive Your Package
The carrier will hold your package for 7 days from the date of the first delivery attempt. If the package is not collected within this period, it will be returned to us. In such cases, the return shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
Combining Multiple Orders
We are unable to combine separate orders for joint shipping. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

International delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs clearance. Please check DHL tracking information for the status of your shipment.
Depending on the destination country, product contents, and order value, customs duties and taxes may apply. The assessment of customs charges is at the sole discretion of the destination country's customs authority, and we are unable to predict or advise on the amounts. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
International orders are shipped by DHL. Shipping rates are calculated based on destination, weight and shipping group and displayed at checkout before you place your order. If your order includes products in different shipping groups, such as A4-size and large-format veneer sheets, the rates for each group are calculated separately and added together, even if the products are packed in the same parcel.
