(1)商品に明らかな欠陥がある場合、ご注文商品と異なる場合を除き、返品・キャンセルには応じません。手作業での加工品である為、小さなすり傷や僅かな誤差は欠陥と致しません。ご了承の上ご注文ください。

(2)商品お届け後の返品・交換は発送した商品がご注文商品と異なる場合、明らかな欠陥がある場合のみ受け付けさせていただきます。(商品の到着より14日以内にご連絡を頂いた場合に限ります。)基本的にお客様都合によるキャンセル・返品はお受けしておりませんので、ご注文の際には慎重にお選びください。

(3)前項にかかわらず、下記の商品についてはキャンセル、返品、交換をお受けすることができません。
・開封された商品およびご使用になられた商品
・商品到着後15日以上経過した商品
・お客様のもとで、キズや汚れが生じた商品

・サイズ違い、イメージ違い

・パッケージ(取扱説明書・ケース・付属物)のない商品
・オーダー商品・ネーム入り商品など、お客様のために加工された商品
・その他、商品紹介ページに返品できない旨が明記されている商品(詳細は、お問い合わせ窓口までご連絡下さい)

(4)品違いの場合、返品等にかかる送料は弊社が負担致します。

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@mori-kougei.com and send your item to: 3-5-34, Suehiro, Tokushima-Shi, JP-36, 7700866, Japan.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 3-5-34, Suehiro, Tokushima-Shi, JP-36, 7700866, Japan.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
