MORI KOUGEI to Hold Its First Pop-up and Workshop in Osaka
— “MONOKATARI | Tokushima Special Exhibition”
December 19–21 at KITTE Osaka —

From Friday, December 19 to Sunday, December 21, MORI KOUGEI will hold its first-ever pop-up exhibition and direct sales event in Osaka, along with a workshop, at the “MONOKATARI | THE TOKUSHIMA” exhibition hosted at JP CAFE on the 2nd floor of KITTE Osaka.

This exhibition is part of the MONOKATARI EXPO project, an event that allows visitors to experience Japanese craftsmanship both digitally and physically. The Tokushima special exhibition has been realized with the support of the Tokushima Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

Three studios that exhibited at the Festival Station of Expo 2025 Osaka, Kansai, Japan, will reunite in Osaka once again. For three special days, visitors can experience the stories behind materials, techniques, and makers.

MORI KOUGEI | Exhibition & Product Lineup

At this exhibition, MORI KOUGEI will present a wide range of its signature products. Visitors will have the opportunity to experience the natural “expressions” of wood firsthand.

  A popular series for furniture DIY and craft projects. Enjoy a wide variety of wood species and textures in an easy-to-use format.

“Wood Bead Bracelet Workshop”

Create your own original bracelet using “POKE beads,” small wooden beads made from veneer materials.

This workshop features MORI KOUGEI’s popular POKE Wood Bead Bracelet Workshop. Choose from a wide range of wood species, colors, and grain patterns to create your own one-of-a-kind piece.

Experience the scent, texture, and individuality of wood through small handcrafted pieces. A workshop enjoyable for everyone, where the charm of natural materials can be discovered through hands-on creation.
