■ Returns & Refund Policy

(1) Returns and cancellations are accepted only in cases of clear product defects or if an incorrect item was delivered. As our products are handcrafted, minor surface marks or slight dimensional variations are inherent to the manufacturing process and do not constitute defects. Please keep this in mind before placing your order.

(2) To request a return or exchange, please contact us at info@mori-kougei.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period cannot be accepted.

(3) Returns, exchanges, and cancellations cannot be accepted in the following cases:
・Items that have been opened or used
・Items reported more than 14 days after delivery
・Items damaged or soiled after delivery
・Returns due to size differences or items not matching expectations
・Items missing original packaging, accessories, or manuals
・Custom or personalized items made to the customer's specifications

(4) If an incorrect item was delivered, return shipping costs will be covered by MORI KOUGEI. In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

(5) Once a return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the credit to appear, depending on your card issuer or bank.

(6) Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase and request a return or refund within 14 days of receiving their order, without providing a reason. This right takes precedence over our standard return policy. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@mori-kougei.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
