We are currently looking for one new team member to help shape the next generation of MORI KOUGEI.
At present, we manage production and projects within the capacity of our small team.
By welcoming a new member, we believe we can take on a wider range of challenges and creative initiatives.
We hope that the successful applicant will first develop a strong understanding of our materials and manufacturing processes, and then actively pursue new ideas and projects utilizing MORI KOUGEI’s unique resources and techniques.
This recruitment is intended to support long-term career development for younger generations.
We are looking for someone who can eventually become a core member of our company.

• Product processing and manufacturing

［Work Location］
MORI KOUGEI Factory: 3-5-34 Suehiro, Tokushima City, Japan
［Salary］
Starting from ¥200,000 per month
Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience.
Applicants with no prior experience are also welcome.
Working Hours (8 hours): 8:00 AM – 5:10 PM
Break Time (70 min): 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 3:10 PM
Holidays: Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, summer holidays, New Year holidays, paid leave
Insurance: Employment insurance, workers’ compensation, health insurance, pension
Trial Period: 3 months (Hourly wage during trial period: ¥1,100)
