Overseas Shipping Information

We ship internationally via DHL Express.
Shipping is calculated based on zones and charged per 40 kg unit (equivalent to 10 veneer plywood sheets = 1 package).
Example: Ordering 30 sheets = 3 packages = 3× shipping fee.

The following rates include:

  • Fuel surcharge (average 30%)

  • Environmental surcharge (GoGreen Plus)

  • Packaging cost

  • Oversized dimension fee

Important Notes

  • 10 sheets = 1 package (≤40kg). Shipping fee increases proportionally with quantity (e.g., 11–20 sheets = 2 packages).

  • Shipping is not available or considered high-risk for certain countries (e.g., North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Sudan, South Sudan, Afghanistan, Yemen, Iraq, Libya, Somalia, Central African Republic, DR Congo, Russia, Belarus).

  • US military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) are not covered by DHL.

  • Standard package dimensions: 100 × 950 × 1900 mm / 40kg.
    Special long-size or heavier shipments may require a separate quote.

  • Orders are normally shipped within 5 business days after confirmation.
    Actual delivery time may vary depending on region, weather, and customs clearance.

  • Customs duties, VAT, and clearance fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
