Rays Tray sumi dyed “Sumi-zome” trays have been introduced at the restaurant.
White sycamore is already beautiful in its natural state,
but through dyeing, its ripple-like grain patterns become even more pronounced.
During the early stages of development, inspired by traditional Japanese colors,
we created “Sumi Black” following the indigo blue of aizome.
We are also currently developing a white version,
though achieving the right expression has proven quite difficult...
The sumi dyed “Sumi-zome” series is made to order.
Production requires some time,
but please feel free to contact us if you are interested.
We also welcome inquiries regarding multiple pieces for professional use,
including restaurants and hospitality spaces.
For larger orders (30 pieces or more),
customization of wood species and sizing is also available.
In addition, other tableware pieces have also been introduced at the restaurant.

It is an extremely popular restaurant and reservations are often difficult to obtain,
however, reservations for two months ahead become available from 7:00 PM on the 1st of each month.
